Our Pastors

Andrew and April Eberhart are the pastors of The River Kentucky, living in Nicholasville with their three children: Aidan, Lucy, and Hazel.

Andrew earned his Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary in 2016. His journey with Jesus began in 2005, when God radically transformed his life—from a path marked by addiction and danger in Atlanta to a life filled with purpose and hope. Since then, he has served in many areas of ministry, including worship, youth, and senior pastoring, and currently mentors men in a drug rehab program. Andrew feels deeply grateful to follow God’s call to preach and teach at The River Kentucky, walking this journey of faith alongside his wife and best friend, April.

April has been involved in missions and ministry since her teenage years, serving both locally and internationally in India, Australia, Papua New Guinea, and Indonesia with youth and health care teams. After a season of burnout and trauma, she encountered the Jesus of grace—not religion—at The River Valley Life Center in Ohio, which transformed her approach to life and ministry. April is passionate about helping people experience freedom, healing, and their identity in Christ, and she is also a proud mom of three toddlers who constantly teach her new things about life, love, and joy.
